Question 1

Does it replace our property management system?

Accepted Answer

No. Operyon works alongside it and handles the daily service work — requests, cleaning, maintenance, teams and proof. Your reservations and billing stay where they are.

Question 2

Do guests need to download anything?

Accepted Answer

No. A guest scans the QR code in the room, picks what they need, and that's it. No app, no account, no phone call.

Question 3

How long does it take to get started?

Accepted Answer

Days, not months. We set up your rooms, teams and services with you, train the supervisors in one short session, and you can start with a single department.

Question 4

Will the staff manage it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On a phone it's one short list: what's mine, which room, by when. Most people are comfortable inside their first shift.

Question 5

What if we're not connected to a property management system yet?

Accepted Answer

Everything works on its own from day one. The connection can be added whenever you're ready.

Question 6

Can we run more than one property?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each property runs separately with its own teams and rooms, while owners and the group office see all of them side by side.

Question 7

Who can see our information?

Accepted Answer

Only your people, and only the part each of them is responsible for. Your hotel's information stays private to your hotel.

Question 8

Can we start with just one department?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many hotels start with housekeeping, see the difference, then add maintenance, room service and the rest.
